Color Profiles

You can choose the color profile when you create the canvas.
NOTE: You can no longer change this after you create the canvas.

1. Open Procreate and tap the + icon.
2. Set the size of your canvas and go to "color profile".
3. Choose the color profile you'd like to use.
4. Tap "done" when you finish setting up the canvas.

There are two main color profiles:

• RGB - the most suitable choice for creating artwork intended for screen viewing, as it mirrors how screens display color. Each color in RGB is represented as a distinctive blend of red, green, and blue.
• CMYK - recommended for artwork meant for print. CMYK represents colors as a combination of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black, aligning with the inks utilized by printers for commercial printing purposes.
